Breakfast was surprisingly good.

Suite was small, outdated and not very clean. There were no glasses, no utensils. It was a suite in name only. We thought it was overpriced for the location and the facilities.

The location was ideal for our activities in the area. The breakfast selection impressed us. It offered various hot options on both mornings.

Staff was very kind, and tried to be helpful

There was a mistake with the billing, and was told by Hampton Inn that they couldn't fix it, it was Booked.net's fault; when called Booked.net, they told us it was the hotel's mistake, will now take 5-7 days to get my money refunded. grrrrrrrr

It was a nice, comfortable room. Good location. The staff tried to be accomodating since the roomer reserved wasn't available.

We reserved a room with a jacuzzi and it wasn't available when we checked in. Very disappointed. Also, the fitted sheet on the king bed kept popping off. Also, the tub didn't drain well.

The location is convenient with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I appreciated the 24/7 coffee station 👍

Overall special hotel, I came here with my child. The room I had was top-class and reasonably large with comfortable bed and lounge included, as for instance. I thoroughly enjoyed cereal and muffins. The venue was in a nice and perfect location, in the greenfield MA area.
